On Thursday, May 13, 2010, the Pittsburgh Chapter will be recognizing all past Chapter Presidents with a free hors d’oeuvres meeting, followed by a presentation by State PSPE President Walter Poplawski, P.E. on “The State of PSPE”. Walter will be giving us a summary of where the State organization is today, what is in the five year plan, and progress towards
